Project and Company Valuations

Confidential project and company valuations are sometimes commissioned by strategic investors and suitors to support their internal assessments of project and companies. This is often prior to a significant strategic investment but can also be after an investment has been completed but expectations at the time of the investment have since not been met.

Valuation approaches include DCF analysis, earnings and cash flow market multiples, production, reserve and resource comparisons and risk assessments.

In addition, commissioned reports can review a proposed strategic direction of a Company or a project plan to development and whether this strategy is realistic in the current market environment or at the particular stage of the project advancement.
